What I love most about this work is untangling situations where different groups need different things, and finding ways to address those competing needs without leaving anyone behind. Whether I'm helping a CEO connect with both remote and onsite workers during a pandemic, managing communications for a company restructure, explaining new policies to skeptical employees or simply making sure manufacturing workers and office staff feel like they're part of the same team, I'm always looking for solutions that bridge gaps rather than widen them.
